Industrial Camera Systems – Protective Camera Enclosure

WATERCOOLED CAMERA PROTECTIVE HOUSING
A large number of industrial manufacturing processes and production sequences are exposed
to high temperature ranges. In this case it is recommended to make use of the watercooled
housings series WUW-2252 suitable for thermal radiation of up to 850°C (1562°F). These
jacketed housings are made of stainless steel in industry quality IP67 rated. For special
environmental conditions versions in steel or brass are also available.
The cooling of the housings is based on a purpose-built water circulation. The rate of ow
is depending on the ambient temperature. Moog manufactures various supply and control
systems for monitoring and regulating the water circulation.
The WUW-2252 housings are equipped with a camera insertion beam which is suitable for
all Moog cameras. The standard version is equipped with an optical ground replaceable front
glass pane. Optionally quartz glass or double-glass discs are available for strong heat radiation.
